
This quick and cream vegan coconut curry chickpeas is super easy to prepare, big on flavour and rich in nutrients.
Heat pot on medium add olive oil diced onion garlic green onion and sauté for a few minutes.
Add curry powder sauté for a few minutes add a cube of butter and tbsp of flour stir in the coconut milk and a little bit water with salt and pepper and all-purpose seasoning and small piece of scotch bonnet pepper.
Cook for ten minutes then add chickpea, butter cook for a few more minutes then serve.
